Hello, I am Crisden Canonce, an experienced and competent tutor with over seven (7) years in teaching English to students of different nationalities. I already experienced teaching students coming from Europe like Poland, Italy Greece, Turkey and Russia. I was also an ELA Tutor to some students from the United States of America. And I have been teaching students from Asia, specifically, Japan, China, Taiwan, South Korea and Thailand for almost seven years. As a teacher, I make sure that my lessons and materials are matched with the level of English communications of students. I have an expertise on accent coaching, business English, conversational practice, and oral practice tests for TOFEL, EILTS, TOIEC, and Eiken. My teaching style integrate technology and competence. Key strategies include using video conferencing for live lectures, and utilizing discussion boards for students who are enrolled for professional growth. For students who want to excel academically, I am implementing flipped classrooms as well as interactive tools like virtual whiteboards, polls, and quizzes. For those students who want to learn a language for personal growth, the topics are match to their interests. We will also be doing a lot speaking and personal sharing so that the students will be confident and spontaneous in speaking.
