Elizabeth - Know your guitar teacher
I am a fully qualified Classical Guitar teacher with over thirty-two years of teaching experience. I provide personalized guitar lessons which include theory and practical training. I have taught all ages and levels, with most of my students starting from the age of nine. I will teach you how to read music and I will share the love of the Classical Guitar with you. I teach basic chord progressions, strumming techniques, scales and simple pieces suited to accompanying singing . All of my students have participated in Trinity or Associated Board of the Royal Schools Examinations with a 100% pass rate. I enjoy teaching individuals and groups and believe in the importance of developing a well rounded musician. I love playing duets with my students and believe that teaching and learning music should be enjoyable and fun for both teacher and student.

My strength lies in making complex concepts easy to grasp through interactive lessons, fostering a deep understanding of music and guitar playing for all my students. I enjoy sharing the love of music and the Classical guitar with my students and hope that we will share a musical bond for many years, as I did with my teacher. I am very patient and empathetic, but I will encourage you to work and study hard to achieve your goals.
