Melva - Your piano teacher

I am a music educator who believes that everybody can learn music! With my Bachelor in Education, my lessons is always plan and execute around the student’s strength, needs, and goals! My teaching philosophy is two-way communications will produce a good session! In music, self-reflection is as equally important as practicing your art. As a long life learner myself, every practice and lesson should have objectives and goals that we are working towards on. Beside all the serious learning, i love to incorporate fun activity that could benefit towards certain subject, such as rhythm by using clapping, body movement, etc., notation learning by singing and some creative fun activities that i love to play with my students! Other than learning practical piano, i believe theoretical is equally important! Theory is like a grammar in language. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, advance, young or old learner, come join me for a fun and engaging music (piano) session with me!
