Leah - Get to know your vocal coach
Hello! I am a vocal tutor with 15 years of experience. I graduated from a university in South Korea and have been teaching ever since. I have taught students ranging from teenagers to adult hobbyists, and here in the UK, my youngest student is currently 6 years old. I work with students of all ages, including those who previously struggled with pitch or tone, helping them overcome these challenges successfully. I create personalized lesson plans for each student, ensuring that every session is productive and enjoyable, so students can feel their own improvement. My lessons go beyond just singing—they help students understand the essence of music itself. I am also familiar with K-pop culture, and I can teach Korean language alongside singing for those interested. I take great joy in meeting people who love music and sharing meaningful lessons. Come join my class, and you will see real progress—you won’t regret it! (Of course, regular practice is key! 😊) I look forward to meeting you soon!

Singing lessons highlights
Hello! In the first lesson, I assess your level and determine how to proceed by listening to your singing. I always ask my students to start with their most confident song, because even the bravest student can be nervous during their first lesson. Singing a song they know well helps them feel more comfortable and allows me to make the best assessment. My teaching methodology generally follows this order: breathing techniques, vocal technique, song copying methods, rhythm, song interpretation, and overall song completion. However, I adjust this sequence for each student, because everyone has different vocal tones, breath capacity, and natural talents. I focus on making lessons simple and understandable, ensuring that each student truly grasps the concepts. Vocal training cannot succeed without mutual understanding between tutor and student, so I explain repeatedly until the student feels confident and understands fully. I am excited to meet new students and help those who are truly motivated to improve their vocal skills. If you are eager to develop your voice, let’s work together!
