I'm Rominna Carvajal, a dedicated mathematics tutor. Visual teaching and practice problems are my teaching specialties. I specialize in teaching mathematics from elementary level math (fractions, long division, decimal multiplication, multiplication, PEMDAS ) to high school level math (algebra 1 and 2, geometry, trigonometry, precalculus) and college calculus 1 through 3. I excel in homework help and exam preparation via explanations and practice exams. I believe the best way to help students in understanding math is to go over the process of solving the equation step by step and explaining how to go about solving the equation from start to finish. Making a strategy or a battle plan to solve each problem and make the student feel more at ease with the process and better understand math. I also believe in looking at other ways to solve math problems than what is taught in the classroom with videos. Together, we can move forward to a better understanding of math and even make mathematics fun to do. By the end of each session, you will have a better understanding and feel more at ease with doing problems and look forward to more challenging problems.
