I am Purnanandam from Hyderabad, Telangana, with over four decades of experience teaching Bharatanatyam, 25 years in Carnatic Vocal Music, and 18 years in Yoga. My journey began in 1984 with Bharatanatyam, and since then I have nurtured hundreds of students who have gone on to win competitions, perform on prestigious stages, and earn recognition from cultural organizations. My foundation includes a Diploma in Bharatanatyam from Ghantasala Venkateswara Rao Government College of Music & Dance, a Senior Diploma in Carnatic Vocal Music from Bangiya Sangeeta Parishad, and Yoga training at the Bihar School of Yoga. I also hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Nagarjuna University. I have had the honor of performing before distinguished audiences, including the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, and guiding my students to similar achievements. My teaching style blends tradition with modern methods—using interactive tools, audio-visual materials, and structured lesson plans—to make learning accessible and inspiring for all ages. Passionate about preserving and sharing India’s classical arts, I aim to instill discipline, confidence, and inner balance in every student, helping them grow as performers and lifelong learners.
