I’m an MD Graduate with a strong foundation in biology and a genuine love for teaching. My approach centers on helping students understand the logic behind biology rather than memorizing isolated facts. I like to break complex ideas down to their underlying mechanisms and then build them back up so the concepts actually make sense and stick. Because of my medical training, I’m comfortable teaching across a wide range of biological topics, from core high school and AP biology to more advanced areas like physiology and cellular mechanisms. I often connect concepts to real clinical or real-world examples, which helps students see why the material matters and how different systems fit together. My teaching style is patient, structured, and interactive. I try to meet students where they are, identify the gaps in their understanding, and guide them toward solving problems on their own rather than simply giving answers. I also tailor sessions to the student’s goals, whether that’s mastering foundational concepts, preparing for exams, or developing stronger study strategies. Above all, I want students to leave sessions feeling more confident in their ability to think through biological problems independently. Biology becomes much more manageable once the patterns and principles behind it are clear.
